Permissible Use of Intelligence
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to review our public intelligence reporting. This license is conditional upon your compliance with ethical data standards and Turkish commerce regulations.
Action against our infrastructure, including unauthorized access attempts or system stress testing, will result in immediate termination of access and legal escalation.
Limitation of Liability
Ankara Analytic Flow provides data intelligence on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for absolute signal accuracy within every analytics workflow, we do not warrant that the information is free from discrepancies or intermittent unavailability.
Under no circumstances shall the company be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our digital assets or information pipelines.
Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts of Ankara shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all proceedings.
